Batch Encoding
Batch Encoding allows the conversion of several videos to Flash one after the other. It is ideal for situations where you have many videos and want to convert them all to Flash by using the same Settings.
To start the batch encoding process:
- Select Batch Encoding... from the Tools menu
- A dialog will show where you can add several video files to be encoded
- Click on the Add button
- When the open file dialog shows, select the video files you want to encode and press Open. Alternatively you can drag and drop video files from Windows Explorer directly to the Source Videos to Encode box
- When you're done adding files, press the Start button to begin the encoding process
Please note that:
- TVE will use the settings currently selected
- The encoded videos will be placed in the same directory as each of the source videos with the same name appended with the FLV or SWF extension. For example is the source video is named surf.wmv, the encoded video will be named surf.wmv.flv
