Step 3: Convert Your Video to Flash
By using Turbine Video Encoder (TVE) it's really easy to convert your video to Flash:
Launch TVE.
In the first screen that appears select a Player; browse for your video and choose FLV - High Quality settings:
Once your video shows in the preview area just press the Encode button and wait for it to finish. You can also change some settings like adding special effects or even adding subtitles:
Once the video has finished encoding, press the Publish button to save it to your local hard disk. Choose a name easy to remember, for instance, video.flv.
