Blue Pacific Refund Policy
Blue Pacific products have fully-featured evaluation versions, which include all the functionality of the registered version and thus allow a complete evaluation. Due to this reason, the following refund terms are included in product purchases:
- Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
- Except for Turbine Video Encoder which has a 15-day "No-questions-asked" refund guarantee, we can only award refunds for demonstrable, reproducible defects in the software. Please review the evaluation version of the product and/or the product feature list before purchasing, to make sure you're purchasing the right product.
- For refund requests where the software has been downloaded and eventually installed, we require that you sign and send us a "Letter of Destruction" confirming that all copies of the software have been uninstalled and deleted.
- Due to common credit card refund processing times, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
In all cases, please make sure the evaluation version meets your requirements before purchasing, as the evaluation version contains all the functionally of the registered version - usually the only difference is an evaluation watermark.
